This portal reports availability for internal services. Access to the API and dashboards requires an authenticated session issued by your workspace administrator.

Getting started

Authenticate against the ingest endpoint with a workspace token:

• Tokens are rotated every 90 days.
• Rate limit: 600 requests per minute per workspace.
• Payloads above 8 MB must use the multipart upload flow.

Maintenance window

Routine maintenance runs on the first Tuesday of each month, 02:00–04:00 UTC. Read replicas stay available for the duration of the window.
